Visa requirements

Full information regarding the visa requirements and application process for attendees at Eurocorr 2026 is available from the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration.  Please note that it usually takes at least 8 weeks for a visa application to be processed.  Attendees will be required to register and settle conference fees in full prior to applying for their visa in order to obtain documentation from the conference organisers verifying the registration.

Name changes

A substitution of delegate can be made at any time.  However, registration fees will be subject to amendment if the substitute is in a different delegate category.   Please note that special dietary requirements for substitutions made after 1 August 2026 cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance

In registering for Eurocorr 2026, bookers and attendees agree that the event organisers will not be responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance.  Attendees are therefore advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.  The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes of cancellations due to external circumstances or force majeure incidents.
